Nitin Yadav Takes Charge as Head of PR at Mivi

Consumer technology brand Mivi has appointed Nitin Yadav as its Head of Public Relations, as the company strengthens its communications leadership amid its expansion into the smartphone category.

Yadav announced the move in a LinkedIn post, describing it as a new chapter in his career and expressing his excitement about joining Mivi.

Yadav Joins Mivi From POCO India

Yadav joins Mivi from POCO India, where he served as Lead – Product and Corporate Communications from April 2024 to September 2025. In the role, he worked across product and corporate communications for the smartphone brand.

His experience at POCO adds to his background in consumer technology communications, particularly across product launches, corporate positioning and brand communications.

Over a Decade of Communications Experience

Yadav brings more than a decade of experience across public relations and communications. Before joining Mivi, he held roles with agencies and technology brands including Avian We., OPPO, Huawei Technologies India, Vivo Smartphone, SKATEBOARD MEDIA, Genesis BCW and FleishmanHillard.

His career spans both agency and in-house communications roles, giving him experience across consumer technology and brand communications.

Leading PR as Mivi Expands Into Smartphones

At Mivi, Yadav will lead the company’s public relations function as the consumer technology brand expands into the smartphone category.

His appointment comes as Mivi broadens its presence within the consumer electronics market, with communications expected to play an important role in supporting the company’s positioning and visibility as it enters the competitive smartphone segment.
