Kinshuk Gupta has left Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) around 10 months after joining the IT services major as its Chief Communications Officer, according to a source familiar with the matter. Communications Leadership at TCS Gupta joined TCS in late 2025 after spending more than three years at Bharti Airtel, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications. During his tenure at TCS, Gupta was responsible for the company’s communications agenda, spanning internal and external communications as well as corporate reputation programmes. His appointment at TCS marked a move from the telecom sector into the technology industry, bringing his extensive communications and reputation management experience to one of India’s largest IT services companies.
