Dushyant Sinha Recognised for Excellence in Marketing, PR & Communications at ET Brand Equity Real Estate Marketing Excellence

Dushyant Sinha, Founder of ICCPL Group, has been recognised for Excellence in Marketing, Public Relations & Communications in the real estate sector at the ET Brand Equity – Real Estate Marketing Excellence, held at Grand Hyatt, Gurugram.

The recognition acknowledges Sinha’s contribution to the communications industry and his role in building ICCPL Group into a leading home-grown integrated communications enterprise. With more than 500 brands serviced, thousands of campaigns executed and an extensive portfolio of real estate mandates across the country, ICCPL Group has today emerged as India’s largest PR & communications firm for the real estate sector, marking a significant evolution from the independent consultancy it started as in 2011.

Founded in 2011, ICCPL has evolved from a public relations consultancy into an integrated communications group with capabilities spanning public relations, corporate communications, digital marketing, creative services, reputation management, crisis communications and strategic advisory.

Real estate has remained central to ICCPL’s growth story. The company has worked across residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use and luxury developments, handling mandates ranging from corporate and project communications to crisis management, leadership positioning, brand building and long-term reputation programmes. The Group is now working towards crossing 7,000 real estate marketing and communication campaigns by FY 2026-27.

The recognition comes at an important phase in ICCPL Group’s expansion. Headquartered in Noida, the Group has established a presence across key Indian markets including Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chandigarh and Goa, supported by an operational and media network spanning more than 40 cities. It is simultaneously strengthening its presence in international markets, particularly the UAE and Southeast Asia.

The Group’s next phase of growth is centred on building a broader communications ecosystem rather than operating solely as a conventional public relations agency. Alongside its core PR and corporate communications practice, ICCPL is expanding its digital, creative, technology-led and strategic advisory capabilities while exploring opportunities across allied businesses and investments.

Technology is also expected to play a larger role in the Group’s future. ICCPL is investing in AI-enabled communication, digital intelligence, reputation monitoring and automation, with the objective of integrating technology more deeply across its communication and marketing services.

The expansion is backed by an ambitious financial roadmap. ICCPL Group has previously been valued at over ₹250 crore, and the Group is working towards crossing the ₹400 crore valuation mark by FY 2026-27. The next phase of value creation is expected to be driven by expansion of its communications businesses, digital and technology capabilities, strategic investments and interests across allied sectors.

The latest honour follows a series of industry recognitions for ICCPL and Sinha. In July 2026, ICCPL Group received the “Excellence in PR & Communications” recognition at the ET Now Realty Conclave & Awards 2026, adding another milestone during a year of significant expansion for the Group.

For Sinha, the next phase of ICCPL’s journey is focused on institutionalising the organisation and creating a business capable of scaling beyond its founder-led origins. The Group plans to strengthen its senior leadership, expand geographically, invest further in technology and AI-led communication capabilities, and deepen its expertise across sectors where it has built specialised practices.
