Adrian Mendonza Takes the Creative Helm at 0101.Today

0101.Today has appointed Adrian Mendonza as Chief Creative Officer, where he will lead the creative function across the agency’s Mumbai and Delhi operations. His appointment is aimed at adding greater creative depth to the company’s integrated, conversion-led approach to marketing.

Two Decades of Creative Leadership

Mendonza brings more than 20 years of experience across the advertising and creative industry. Over his career, he has held senior creative positions at Rediffusion Brand Solutions, Rediffusion Y&R, Dentsu Marcom, R K Swamy BBDO, Mudra and Contract.

His portfolio of brand experience includes work for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Tata Trusts, Honda, Tata Motors, Airtel, Citibank and Suzlon. He has also received several national and international creative honours during his career.

Returning to a Familiar Partnership

Mendonza has previously worked with Ajay Varma, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, 0101.Today, during their time at Rediffusion.

Commenting on the appointment, Varma said, “Adrian and I go back to our Rediffusion days, and we have worked together on some wonderful projects. There has always been a great creative partnership between us. Having him now lead our creative operations is something I am genuinely excited about. The response from our clients has been equally encouraging.”

Creativity at the Centre of Conversion

Mihir Mehta, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, 0101.Today, said the agency views creativity as an integral part of its conversion-led approach.

“Creative is not an end layer for us. It is fundamental to conversion. Data, technology, media and creative have to work together, and Adrian brings the creative depth and experience to make that happen. We are delighted to have him on board,” Mehta said.
