Johnson & Johnson has appointed Sarinkumar Nair as Director, APAC Deliver Strategy & Excellence, based in Singapore. Leading APAC Deliver Strategy and Excellence

In his new role, Nair will lead the Deliver Strategy & Excellence team, which serves as a strategic hub for Johnson & Johnson’s APAC MedTech Deliver Operations.

The team covers key areas including performance management, operational excellence, portfolio governance, and supply chain, positioning Nair’s role at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution across the region.

More Than 16 Years at Johnson & Johnson

Nair brings extensive experience from his tenure at Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, he served as Portfolio S&D and Performance Management Lead.

Prior to that, he held the role of APAC Deliver Portfolio & Integration Lead and served as ASPAC Supply Chain Lead for Joints, Mitek & Velys.

Across these positions, Nair has built experience spanning portfolio management, integration, performance management and supply chain operations within Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech business.

Earlier Supply Chain Experience

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Nair held supply chain roles at Kodak India and Nicholas Piramal India.

His earlier experience in supply chain, combined with his long tenure at Johnson & Johnson, has provided exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of business management.

Looking Ahead in the New Role

Announcing his appointment, Nair expressed gratitude for the opportunity and the trust placed in him. He also acknowledged colleagues and mentors across the leadership team and said he looked forward to continuing to work with colleagues and partners to drive impact across APAC.

The new role expands Nair’s responsibilities across the APAC Deliver function, with a focus on strategy, operational excellence and performance across Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech operations in the region.
