Gaurav Gupta Takes Charge as Head of Digital Business at MMTC-PAMP

India’s only LBMA-accredited gold and silver refiner, MMTC-PAMP, has appointed Gaurav Gupta as Head of Digital Business, strengthening its leadership as the company continues to expand its digital presence in the precious metals sector.

In his new role, Gupta will lead the growth of MMTC-PAMP’s digital business and drive the overall digital strategy for the vertical. He will also oversee its business P&L and digital partnerships, with a focus on strengthening the company’s position in India’s precious metals market. He will report to Samit Guha, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, MMTC-PAMP.

Driving MMTC-PAMP’s Digital Growth

Over 15 Years of Digital Business Experience

Gupta brings more than 15 years of experience in building and scaling consumer-facing digital businesses across fintech, e-commerce, food tech and gaming.

Before joining MMTC-PAMP, he served as Vice President – Growth at Paytm Money, where he led end-to-end growth across mutual funds, equities and investment products. His responsibilities included driving user acquisition, engagement and retention through product-led growth.

Over the course of his career, Gupta has built and scaled businesses from the ground up, with experience spanning performance marketing, digital partnerships and commercial growth. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Zomato, Snapdeal and Cognizant.
