Urban Company and Unicommerce Extend Partnership Across UAE and Saudi Arabia

Urban Company’s Middle East arm has partnered with Unicommerce, an AI-powered e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to support its e-commerce operations across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

As Urban Company expands its footprint across the Middle East, it will leverage Unicommerce’s flagship platform, Uniware, to manage inventory and fulfilment operations supporting its at-home service ecosystem.

The platform will provide real-time visibility into inventory and help intelligently route orders for service kits and consumables, enabling reliable deliveries to service professionals across the region.

Partnership Extends to Middle East

The collaboration builds on the existing relationship between the two companies in India, where Urban Company uses Unicommerce’s technology to manage its e-commerce operations.

By extending the partnership to the Middle East, Urban Company aims to build a more connected operational backbone as it expands across the region’s growing digital markets.

Urban Company’s services, spanning beauty and wellness, home cleaning, appliance maintenance and other categories, depend on a coordinated supply chain of products, tools and consumables.

Uniware will serve as the central platform for this supply chain, helping improve stock accuracy, enable faster product replenishment and coordinate fulfilment across multiple locations.

Unicommerce Expands Middle East Presence

The partnership also marks another step in Unicommerce’s growing presence across the Middle East. The company has developed a commerce ecosystem through integrations with regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms.

Its capabilities for the region include Arabic-compatible invoice and shipping label generation, region-specific tax compliance and integrations with ecosystem partners across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
