Guntas Randhawa has announced her exit from Unilever after a 17-year stint with the company, bringing an end to a career that spanned customer development, brand management and global brand leadership. In a LinkedIn post, Randhawa reflected on her journey at Unilever, saying she joined the company fascinated by brands and leaves with an even deeper appreciation for people. Most Recently Led VMS Division Randhawa was most recently serving as India Head, Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) Division, Hindustan Unilever, a position she took up in January 2023. She joined Unilever in 2009 as a Business Leadership Trainee and went on to take on a range of roles across the organisation over the course of her career.
