IDFC FIRST Bank Appoints Chaitali Mehendale to Lead Content, Creative and Digital Marketing

Chaitali Mehendale has joined IDFC FIRST Bank as Vice President – Content & Creative and Lead Digital Marketing, bringing extensive experience across marketing, digital and content-led functions.

Mehendale joins IDFC FIRST Bank from PharmEasy, where she most recently served as Senior General Manager – Marketing. She had been associated with the healthcare platform since 2019.

Moving from PharmEasy to IDFC FIRST Bank

At PharmEasy, Mehendale held a senior marketing role, contributing to the company’s marketing initiatives during her six-year association with the organisation.

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Mehendale shared that she had joined IDFC FIRST Bank as VP Content & Creative and Lead Digital Marketing.

Before joining PharmEasy, Mehendale held roles across organisations including Coverfox Insurance, Cox & Kings, Kotak Securities and Mutual Funds Sahi Hai.

Her career across financial services, insurance, travel and digital businesses has given her experience working across different consumer and marketing environments.

Mehendale brings experience spanning content strategy, digital content, content management and content development.

Her areas of expertise also include customer service and market research, alongside broader marketing and digital responsibilities.
