Hyatt has appointed Guido Fredrich as Vice President, Development – Luxury & Lifestyle, EAME, where he will lead the growth of the company’s Luxury and Lifestyle portfolios across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Fredrich joins Hyatt at a pivotal stage in the company’s regional expansion, as it continues to strengthen its presence in culturally relevant gateway cities and iconic leisure destinations across EAME. Recent additions to Hyatt’s regional portfolio include Andaz Lisbon and Miraval the Red Sea, while Thompson Seville, Thompson Rome and The Standard Lisbon are expected to open before the end of 2026.
