SHIFT Names Adel Alsayeh as Managing Director to Lead Saudi Operations

SHIFT, the creative services and advertising arm of Telfaz11, has appointed Adel Alsayeh as Managing Director, with responsibility for leading the agency’s Saudi operations and driving its next phase of growth and transformation.

The appointment builds on Telfaz11’s broader creative ecosystem and its established understanding of Saudi audiences and culture. In his new role, Alsayeh will focus on scaling SHIFT’s operations while shaping its offering around artificial intelligence, evolving client needs and an increasingly performance-driven communications landscape.

Alsayeh’s mandate will centre on strengthening SHIFT’s operations in Saudi Arabia and preparing the agency for the changing demands of the communications industry.

His focus will include bringing together creativity, technology, media and performance as brands increasingly look for integrated solutions that can deliver both cultural relevance and measurable business impact.

Alsayeh Brings Agency and Digital Experience

Alsayeh began his career at Omnicom Group in Saudi Arabia before moving into the region’s digital and content ecosystem.

He later joined TTP Media Group, where he contributed to scaling operations across strategy, marketing, advertising and production. His experience has therefore covered both agency operations and the broader digital and content landscape.

Alsayeh subsequently joined Telfaz11, where he worked across the group’s transformation agenda, growth opportunities and the development of local talent.
