Sanjay Sabarwal has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Field HR at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, marking a significant milestone in his extensive pharmaceutical HR leadership career.

In his new role, Sabarwal will focus on supporting field teams, enabling career growth and strengthening people and HR initiatives across the organisation.

Three Decades at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries

Prior to joining Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Sabarwal spent more than three decades with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, progressing through a range of leadership positions.

His roles included Associate Vice President and Zonal Sales Manager – North, giving him extensive exposure to business operations and the pharmaceutical sales environment.

Sabarwal’s career journey from sales into HR leadership has provided him with a broad understanding of people management, business operations and employee development within the pharmaceutical sector.
