MSM Unify Elevates Pooja Parmar to Senior Director, Sales and Services

MSM Unify, a global education platform connecting students, recruitment partners and universities across international markets, has appointed Pooja Parmar as Senior Director, Sales and Services.

Parmar brings more than 25 years of experience in international education, with expertise spanning university recruitment, institutional partnerships, market development and cross-border operations. Her career has included leadership experience across Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, West Africa and Southeast Asia.

She also brings extensive experience in the India-Australia education corridor, along with a strong understanding of Australian higher education regulations and international student recruitment frameworks, including the ESOS Act, TEQSA requirements and the National Code.

Return to MSM Unify

The appointment marks Parmar’s return to MSM Unify, where she previously served as Head of Admissions & Recruitment. During her earlier tenure, she managed strategic relationships with more than 12 institutions across Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

She also led a 75-member multicultural team across South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and West Africa. Her responsibilities included strengthening partnership structures, improving operational processes and supporting recruitment and admissions activity across a large international application pipeline.

Most recently, Parmar served as Head Marketing – Global at Danford Higher Education, Australia, where she led international recruitment across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. She also worked with senior leadership on market developments, student recruitment strategy and changes affecting Australia’s international education sector.

Earlier in her career, Parmar held senior roles with Navitas in Canada and India, Career Education Consultancy Australia, Kent Institute Australia and IILM, working across student recruitment, institutional partnerships and market development.

Leadership Mandate

In her new role, Parmar will lead MSM Unify’s sales and services strategy across its international markets. She will work closely with university partners, international offices and regional teams to strengthen institutional relationships, enhance service delivery and support long-term enrollment objectives.

Parmar holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Himachal Pradesh University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delhi. She is also pursuing a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing and Analytics with AI from BITSoM.
