Sagility, a tech-enabled healthcare operations and transformation company, has appointed Srushti Rao as Vice President, Global Corporate Communications and PR. In her new role, Rao will lead Sagility’s global and corporate communications, with responsibilities spanning public relations, investor communications, workplace communications and employer branding. Her mandate will also include strengthening the company’s brand narrative and developing consistent thought leadership, media engagement and brand experiences across Sagility’s global ecosystem. Experience Across Marketing and Communications Prior to joining Sagility, Rao held senior marketing and communications roles at XBP Global, IKS Health and Pearl Academy. An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, Rao also holds a degree in Fine Arts, bringing together business education and creative expertise to her communications leadership role.
