Redcliffe Labs Appoints Ramesh Krishnan as Independent Director

Redcliffe Labs has appointed Ramesh Krishnan as an Independent Director on its Board, effective August 2026, strengthening its governance and strategic leadership as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Krishnan Brings Extensive Healthcare Leadership Experience

Krishnan brings more than three decades of experience across healthcare services, private equity-backed businesses and multi-geography healthcare operations. His expertise spans acquisitions, post-merger integration, governance, operational excellence and long-term value creation across diverse healthcare environments.

He is currently the Founder and CEO of Medagg Healthcare, a technology-enabled platform focused on interventional radiology, and serves as Executive Director at Rela Institute and Medical Centre.

Previously, Krishnan served as CEO and Head of Middle East and South Asia at Parkway Pantai, owned by IHH Healthcare. During his earlier tenure with Fortis Healthcare, he oversaw operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Mauritius.

He has also served as an Operating Partner at Everstone Capital’s healthcare services platform. Across his career, Krishnan has served on more than 20 boards.

Focus on Integrated Healthcare

Commenting on the appointment, Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO, Redcliffe Labs, said healthcare is moving beyond standalone diagnostic services towards integrated, technology-enabled care that enables earlier diagnosis, better clinical decisions and more proactive health management.

He added that Redcliffe Labs aims to build a connected healthcare platform combining pathology, radiology, AI-powered health insights and preventive care to improve health outcomes at scale.

Kandoi said strengthening institutional governance is equally important as expanding operational capabilities, adding that Krishnan’s operating experience, strategic thinking and board-level leadership will provide an independent perspective as Redcliffe Labs moves into its next phase of growth.

Strengthening Board Governance

Dheeraj Jain, Chairperson and Founder, Redcliffe Labs, said that building a lasting healthcare institution requires strong governance, diverse perspectives and independent oversight alongside operational excellence.

He added that Krishnan brings a combination of operating experience, strategic insight and boardroom expertise across healthcare services, hospitals, investments and business transformation.

According to Jain, Krishnan’s understanding of scaling healthcare businesses while maintaining strong governance standards will support Redcliffe Labs as it continues to build its integrated healthcare platform.

Krishnan to Support Redcliffe Labs’ Next Phase

Commenting on his appointment, Ramesh Krishnan said Redcliffe Labs has built a strong diagnostics platform in a relatively short period and is now entering an important phase of evolution.

He noted the increasing convergence between diagnostics, technology, imaging and preventive care across global healthcare, adding that organisations that successfully integrate these capabilities will be better positioned to create value for patients and healthcare providers.
