Warner Music Group (WMG) has announced that Armin Zerza, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), has decided to step down from his role for personal reasons, effective immediately. Zerza will remain available to the company through the end of the fiscal year to support the leadership team and help ensure a smooth transition. In the interim, Lou Dickler, Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed Acting CFO.
