Prasidha Menon Takes Charge of Product Communications at Apple India

Apple India has appointed Prasidha Menon as Head of Product Communications, strengthening its communications leadership in the Indian market. Based in Mumbai, Menon took on the role in July 2026.Menon joins Apple with more than 18 years of experience across communications, brand marketing and product communications. Extensive Communications Experience

Before joining Apple, Menon was associated with Airbnb, where she held senior communications roles including Brand & Product Communications, Asia Pacific and Head of Communications – India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

During her tenure, she worked across brand and product communications while overseeing communications mandates across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

Leadership Across Technology and Consumer Brands

Menon has also held senior communications positions at Optum | UnitedHealth Group, OYO and Uber.

At Uber, she served as Head of Communications – India and South Asia and earlier worked as Product Communications Lead – India, gaining experience across corporate, brand and product communications.

She began her career in communications and editorial roles before spending close to five years at Edelman India, where she progressed to Account Director.

Earlier in her career, Menon also worked with Genesis Burson-Marsteller, where she was part of the communications team supporting Microsoft India’s corporate communications.

Menon on Joining Apple

Announcing her appointment, Menon said she was excited to join Apple and lead product communications for India.
