Marugame Udon, the Japanese udon concept known for its freshly made noodles and open-kitchen experience, is turning up the comfort this season with a new Udon, Tempura and Drink winter combo starting from AED 42, available across its four Dubai locations at City Centre Deira, BurJuman, Ibn Battuta Mall and The Dubai Mall.

The new combo lets diners build their own perfect bowl, pairing their udon of choice with crispy tempura and a refreshing drink, whether they’re discovering Marugame for the first time or chasing down a favourite order.

At the heart of it all is Marugame’s obsession with udon made fresh, not frozen. Instead of serving noodles that arrive pre-made, the brand puts the entire noodle-making process on full display. Guests can watch their bowl come to life, right in front of them, through the restaurant’s open kitchen.

Marugame specialises in Sanuki udon, a beloved Japanese style prized for its thick-cut noodles and satisfyingly chewy bite. Every strand is shaped daily by Marugame’s Noodle Masters, who turn nothing more than flour, water and salt into springy, hand-pulled udon through a practised rhythm of kneading, rolling, cutting and boiling. It’s a simple craft, done exceptionally well, and it’s what keeps the noodle the undisputed star of the bowl.

The new combo opens up a world of delicious pairings. Choose from a lineup of udon including rich and creamy Chicken Paitan, BK Udon (served hot or cold), fragrant Curry Udon, fiery Spicy Maze Udon, comforting Kake Udon, hearty Beef Udon, sweet-savoury Kitsune Udon, BK Nikutama (hot or cold), crispy Chicken Katsu Udon, glossy Chicken Teriyaki Udon and bold Tan Tan Udon.
