Myntra Appoints Sruti Ravi to Head Strategy and Business Insights

Myntra has appointed Sruti Ravi as Head of Strategy and Business Insights, bringing an experienced strategy and operations leader to the fashion e-commerce platform. Ravi joins Myntra after a three-year stint at InMobi, where she served as Vice President of Strategy from September 2022 to August 2025. At InMobi, Ravi also served as Chief of Staff to the founders, leading strategy and operations alongside global strategic partnerships. Her responsibilities spanned strategic planning, business operations and partnership development. Sruti Ravi’s Experience at InMobi and SoftBank

Before joining Myntra, Ravi held several senior roles across technology, investment and corporate strategy.

At SoftBank Investment Advisers, she served as Vice President of the Operating Group from May 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, she worked at SoftBank Group International as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investments between November 2019 and May 2021.

Her experience across these organisations included work in corporate development, investments, strategy and operational leadership, providing exposure to business planning and strategic decision-making.

Strategy Leadership Across Walmart and Bain & Company

Ravi also held a strategy role at Walmart, where she served as General Manager, Strategy and PMO, from June 2018 to November 2019. Her work added to her experience in strategy and programme management within a large retail organisation.

She began her career at Bain & Company, where she spent more than four years, progressing from Senior Associate Consultant to Consultant between July 2012 and January 2017.

Across Bain & Company, Walmart, SoftBank and InMobi, Ravi has built a career spanning management consulting, retail strategy, investments, business operations and strategic partnerships.

Her appointment at Myntra brings this cross-sector experience to the company’s strategy and business insights function, as the fashion e-commerce platform continues to operate in a competitive digital retail market.
