Cilicant Names Prabhsharan Kaur as Marketing Director for India & Global Markets

Cilicant has appointed Prabhsharan Kaur as Director – Marketing, India & Global Markets, bringing an experienced marketing and communications leader into its leadership team as the active packaging company strengthens its presence across domestic and international markets.

Kaur joins Cilicant with more than 17 years of experience spanning integrated marketing, corporate communications, brand strategy, investor relations and executive storytelling. Her appointment comes as the Pune-headquartered company continues expanding its active packaging business across more than 30 countries.

In her new role, Kaur will lead marketing and brand-building initiatives across India and global markets, working closely with teams to strengthen Cilicant’s brand narrative and deepen engagement with B2B audiences.

Her mandate will also include supporting the company’s focus on active packaging innovation and the growing use of artificial intelligence in digital marketing.

Experience Across Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy

Before joining Cilicant, Kaur worked at SKF, where she led external communications, brand and public relations across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

During her tenure, she managed communications surrounding the demerger of SKF India Industrial and SKF India Limited, including corporate identity, investor communications, regional public relations and executive storytelling initiatives.

Earlier, she held marketing communications and brand communications roles at Avery Dennison, where she worked across packaging, RFID and intelligent-label solutions while supporting the company’s South Asia communications efforts.
