1. Your journey spans agencies, media-tech startups, and the fast-evolving AdTech ecosystem. Looking back, what were the pivotal moments that shaped your leadership philosophy and career trajectory? 

Looking back, my leadership philosophy has been shaped less by individual achievements and more by the transitions, challenges, and people I’ve encountered along the way. One of the biggest turning points was realizing that leadership isn’t about having all the answers,it’s about creating the conditions for others to succeed. Another defining moment was working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and business transformation. Witnessing industries evolve at a rapid pace reinforced the importance of staying curious, embracing change, and continuously challenging conventional thinking.The most valuable lesson, however, has come from the people I’ve worked with. Leadership is built on trust, collaboration, and the ability to bring out the best in others. Today, my philosophy is simple: lead with clarity, empower with trust, and measure success not just by business outcomes, but by the growth of the people and teams around you.

2. As a woman leader in the traditionally male-dominated AdTech and programmatic advertising space, what challenges have you encountered, and how have those experiences influenced your approach to leadership and mentorship?

I’ve never walked into a room thinking, “I’m the only woman here.” I’ve walked in thinking, “Let’s talk about the problem we’re here to solve.” The industry may have started out male-dominated, but credibility has never been gendered,it has always been earned.There have certainly been moments where I’ve had to prove myself more than once. But if there’s one lesson I’ve taken from the journey, it’s this: barriers rarely disappear because you talk about them,they disappear because you consistently outperform them. And when you do, you don’t just build your own career; you make the path a little easier for everyone who follows. That’s the kind of leadership and mentorship I strive to bring every day.

3. Lemma has been at the forefront of transforming Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising through programmatic technology and AI-driven innovation. How do you see the future of DOOH evolving, and what role will data-driven creativity play in this transformation? 

For years, DOOH has been measured by where an ad was seen. The future is about “what happened because it was seen”. That’s exactly where we’re headed at Lemma,connecting outdoor exposure to real business outcomes. What’s even more exciting is AI. Today’s AI largely lives in the digital world, but it lacks real-world context. Outdoor is that missing layer of intelligence. The brands that combine AI with real-world signals won’t just deliver better ads,they’ll make smarter decisions.

4. Today’s marketers are expected to balance creativity, technology, analytics, and business outcomes. What skills do you believe are becoming indispensable for the next generation of marketing leaders?

The next generation of marketing leaders is undoubtedly smarter and sharper, with access to incredible technology and information at their fingertips. But if I had to pick the skills that will truly set them apart, I’d start with something surprisingly simple – common sense. In a world overflowing with data and AI, sound judgment is invaluable. Pair that with strategic thinking to connect creativity with business outcomes, and an insatiable curiosity to keep learning, adapting, and challenging the status quo. Modern marketers wear multiple hats, and it’s this combination that will define the leaders of tomorrow.

5. You have often spoken about simplifying complex technology narratives for brands and clients. How can marketers effectively bridge the gap between technological innovation and meaningful consumer engagement? 

One thing I’ve learned  as a B2B marketer is that nobody wakes up wanting to buy a piece of AdTech,they wake up wanting to solve a business problem. Our job as marketers is to bridge that gap by selling possibilities, not platforms.That’s exactly how we approached programmatic DOOH (pDOOH) in India. We weren’t asking the industry to fall in love with another acronym; we were showing agencies and brands and other stakeholders  how outdoor advertising could become smarter, more measurable, and outcome-driven. When you translate complexity into clarity, adoption becomes a lot less about technology and a lot more about trust.

6. AI is rapidly reshaping the advertising landscape. How is Lemma leveraging AI to enhance campaign performance, audience targeting, and measurable outcomes for brands? 

Everyone is talking about AI, but at Lemma, we’ve been focused on a more important question: How do you make AI useful for brands and advertisers? For us, AI isn’t about replacing human decision-making,it’s about making it faster and smarter. We’re using AI to simplify campaign planning, uncover high-value audience opportunities, optimize delivery in real time, and most importantly, connect outdoor advertising with measurable business outcomes. The real opportunity isn’t just better automation,it’s giving brands and advertisers the confidence to make better decisions with every campaign

7. Through Empower Her, we celebrate women who are creating meaningful change. What advice would you give to young women aspiring to build successful careers in marketing, media, and technology while remaining authentic to their ambitions and values?

Don’t spend too much time trying to fit the mold,most meaningful careers are built by people who challenge it. Be curious, ask the questions others hesitate to ask, and don’t mistake confidence for knowing everything. The best opportunities in marketing, media, and technology often come from learning faster than the industry is changing. Most importantly, let your work build your reputation. Trends will change, technology will evolve, but credibility, integrity, and a willingness to keep learning will always set you apart.
