The transaction generated a total cash upstream of €801 million for Banijay Group.

• €625 million paid by RedBird IMI
• €176 million in pre-closing dividends from Banijay Entertainment

Banijay Group also announced plans to distribute an exceptional dividend of €0.93 per share to shareholders following completion of the transaction.
