Dheeraj Sinha Re-elected TAC President as New Leadership Team Takes Charge

The Advertising Club (TAC) has re-elected Dheeraj Sinha, CEO of McCann India, as its President for 2026-27, marking his second consecutive term at the helm of the industry body.

The appointments were announced following TAC’s 72nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Mumbai, where the organisation also announced its office bearers and Managing Committee for the new term.

Amitesh Rao has been appointed Vice President, while Ajay Kakar will serve as Secretary. Sonia Huria has been appointed Joint Secretary, with Pradeep Dwivedi taking on the role of Treasurer.

The new Managing Committee for 2026-27 includes Aparna Bhawal, Darshana Shah, Jitender Dabas, Mitrajit Bhattacharya, Satya Raghavan, Sapangeet Rajwant and Varun Sethuraman.

TAC has also appointed Punitha Arumugam, Sagnik Ghosh and Avinash Kaul as co-opted members.

The list of special invitees for the new term includes Ajay Chandwani, Lulu Raghavan, Amin Lakhani, Debasree Dasgupta, Subramanyeswar S., Saket Jha Saurabh and Amogh Dusad.

Meanwhile, Rana Barua, who previously served as President of The Advertising Club, will continue to be part of the Managing Committee as Immediate Past President for 2026-27.

With Sinha continuing for a second term, the new leadership team brings together senior professionals from across advertising, media, marketing and communications. The appointments set the leadership structure for TAC as it enters the 2026-27 term.
