The Coca-Cola Company Names Rishav Gandhi VP – People & Culture for Eurasia and Middle East

The Coca-Cola Company has promoted Rishav Gandhi to Vice President – People & Culture for Eurasia and Middle East, expanding his regional mandate across people strategy, organisational effectiveness and culture.

Gandhi announced the appointment on LinkedIn, saying he was pleased to take on the new position.

Expanded People and Culture Mandate

In his new role, Gandhi will oversee key people and culture priorities across the region, including talent development and organisational effectiveness. He will also contribute to broader business objectives across the markets within his remit.

The expanded mandate builds on his experience in people strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness, performance management and rewards during his career with Coca-Cola.

Leadership Experience at Coca-Cola

Before taking on the regional role, Gandhi served as Vice President, People & Culture, where he led people strategy and culture for Coca-Cola’s Global Marketing and McDonald’s Division.

Earlier, he held the positions of Senior Director, Talent & Development for Latin America and Director of Talent Innovation.

As Director of Talent Innovation, Gandhi worked across talent strategy, future-of-work initiatives, agile ways of working, leadership frameworks and performance management.

Experience Beyond Coca-Cola

Before joining Coca-Cola, Gandhi worked with Deloitte as a management consultant, advising large organisations on strategic human capital and operating model challenges.

He also spent more than seven years with Airtel, where his roles covered total rewards, organisational effectiveness, performance and rewards, HR analytics, organisation design and talent management.

Pan-Africa Experience at Airtel

During his time at Airtel, Gandhi served as Head of Total Rewards for the company’s Pan-Africa operations.

In that role, he managed the function across 17 countries, covering compensation, performance management, executive rewards and benefits.

Regional Focus Ahead

Gandhi’s expanded role at Coca-Cola brings together his experience across talent, rewards, organisational effectiveness and people strategy. As Vice President – People & Culture for Eurasia and Middle East, he will oversee these priorities across a broader regional portfolio while supporting the organisation’s people and business objectives.
