AGENCY09 turns 13; Charts growth with an expanded leadership team

AGENCY09 marks its 13^th Anniversary withkey leadership elevations, as it embarks on its next phase of growth. The elevations strengthen the agency’s culture that is anchored in ‘We Deliver Growth’, bringing together strategy, content, technology, design, data and media to solve business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes for clients. The elevations recognise long-standing team members who are set to take on larger responsibilities across the business.

Speaking on the elevations, Tushar Khakhar, Founder and CEO, AGENCY09 said, “Each elevated member has helped build & strengthen AGENCY09 all these years. The team is geared up for our next phase, with a common vision to deliver great work.”

Under the expanded leadership structure, Saheb Singh takes charge of Growth & Expansion, overseeing new business, strategic partnerships and integrated solutions. Rakesh Gawas will drive Brand & Design, focusing on brand thinking, positioning and design systems, while Chaitali Rajadhyaksha will head Production, overseeing planning, craft and delivery across formats. 

Additionally, Ketan Shivadekar will lead Creative Direction & AI Labs, driving creative direction and exploring AI-led ideas and workflows and Aniket Sakpal will focus on Growth – Key Accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships. Shivani Khandelwal will oversee Tech Operations, spanning technology projects, delivery and operational scale, while Shivangi Kothari will drive the agency’s Paid Media business, with a focus on strategy, performance and optimisation. 

The leadership expansion also extends across the agency’s design, collaboration, regional and search capabilities. Aditya Jadhav will lead Tactical Design Projects, while Yogendra Vishwakaarma will work across Strategic Collaborations & Projects, handling high-intensity projects and key collaborations. Uma Chavan and Chandra Suthar will jointly oversee Keyword & Organic Brand Discovery, focusing on organic growth, search performance, online brand image and discoverability across traditional and AI-led platforms. 

Assisting its international expansion, Mayank Desai continues the responsibility for Dubai Operations, spanning regional delivery, client relationships and business growth.

The elevated leadership team will work alongside the existing management team, comprising Tushar Khakhar, Founder and CEO; Gautam Anand, Co-Founder and Head of Content; Bipeen Nadgauda, Co-Founder and Head of Technology; Archita Arekar, Head of Culture; and Rajesh Patalia, Chief Strategy Officer.
