Havas has announced a strengthened leadership structure for its African operations, appointing Roxana Ravjee as Regional CEO, Africa. The move comes as the Group increases its focus and investment across the continent. Expanded Leadership Structure As part of the new structure, Dany Naaman, currently CEO of the Middle East region (Media), will take on strategic oversight of Africa alongside his existing responsibilities. Naaman will continue to co-lead the Middle East region (Media) with Bertille Toledano, who oversees Creative. Reporting to Naaman, Ravjee will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Havas’ African network. Her remit will cover operations and teams across the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal and South Africa.
