Lenskart is turning everyday fitness into a collective social-impact initiative with ‘Drishti Ki Daud’ – Run for Vision, a virtual run taking place over the Independence Day weekend on August 15 and 16.As part of the nationwide campaign, participants who complete a minimum of 20,000 steps on the Lenskart app can help unlock donations of prescription glasses through the company’s non-profit arm, Lenskart Foundation.The initiative aims to bring greater attention to the accessibility of vision care in India, where more than 350 million Indians are unable to afford vision care.
