The PRactice and ON PURPOSE Form The PRactice Group to Drive Next Phase of Growth

The PRactice and ON PURPOSE have announced the formation of The PRactice Group, a future-forward integrated communications group that brings the two agencies together under a common structure.

The development is not a merger. Both firms will continue to operate as independent brands, retaining their distinct strengths, teams and client relationships. The new structure will allow the two businesses to bring their complementary capabilities together where it can create greater value for clients.

Leadership Structure

As part of the new group structure, Nandita Lakshmanan will transition to the role of Founding Partner, The PRactice Group. She will continue to provide strategic counsel while stepping back from day-to-day operations.

Girish Balachandran will expand his responsibilities as Group CEO, with a focus on clients, people and growth.

Meanwhile, Zacharia James and Rishi Seth will continue as Managing Partners of The PRactice Group. They will jointly oversee operations, including people, finance, technology and AI, while also driving new growth opportunities, geographic expansion, strategic partnerships and the development of new capabilities across the Group.

Strengthening the Leadership Bench

The PRactice Group is also strengthening its senior leadership team with Bala Krishnan, Sabah Kazi and Sudipta Das taking on senior roles.

The three leaders bring experience across corporate communications, consumer engagement and client leadership, adding further depth to the Group’s leadership capabilities.

Building an Integrated Communications Platform

The formation of The PRactice Group is aimed at creating greater leadership depth, expanding opportunities for employees and positioning the organisation for its next phase of growth.

While The PRactice and ON PURPOSE will retain their individual identities and operations, the common structure provides an opportunity to combine capabilities across areas where clients can benefit from an integrated approach.
