Teamology Appoints Ritika Mahtani as Associate Director – Public Relations to Strengthen Its Strategic Communications Practice

Teamology Softech and Media Services Pvt. Ltd., a digital PR and communications agency, has appointed Ritika Mahtani as Associate Director – Public Relations, strengthening its leadership team and reinforcing its focus on strategic communications, integrated public relations and business growth.

With over a decade of experience across public relations, brand communications, strategic planning and business development, Ritika brings extensive experience in building communication strategies for brands across sectors including lifestyle, consumer, education, healthcare, technology, real estate and corporate communications.

Prior to joining Teamology, Ritika was associated with SRV Media, where she held a leadership role spanning PR strategy, new business development, client relationship management, team building and business growth. During her career, she has worked across integrated communications, media relations, reputation management, thought leadership and brand positioning, with a focus on aligning communication programmes with broader business objectives.

In her new role at Teamology, Ritika will be responsible for strengthening the agency’s PR practice, leading strategic client mandates, developing new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the organisation’s communications vertical. Her mandate will also include strengthening client relationships and developing insight-led communication programmes designed to create measurable value for brands.
