Tabby has apologised after mistakenly sending a promotional email informing thousands of customers that they had won an Emirates flight voucher through a Tabby Visa Card raffle. The email, distributed on Friday, congratulated recipients for being "one of the lucky Tabby Visa Card raffle winners" and stated they had won an AED5,000 Emirates flight voucher. Customers were instructed to submit their delivery details in order to receive the prize. Approximately an hour later, the company issued a follow-up communication acknowledging that the notification had been sent in error and apologised for the confusion caused.
