Spriha Srivastava joins CNBC International as VP & Executive Editor of Digital

CNBC has appointed Spriha Srivastava as Vice President and Executive Editor of Digital for International, effective May 2025. In this role, she will lead CNBC digital editorial strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, ensuring high-quality business journalism tailored to a global audience.

Based in London, Srivastava will report to CNBC International President Deep Bagchee and become a key member of the senior leadership team. Her appointment marks a return to CNBC, where she previously contributed as Deputy Digital News Editor, covering global finance and macroeconomics.

With more than 15 years of experience in digital journalism, Srivastava brings a wealth of expertise in leading international teams and covering major business, finance, and technology stories. She joins CNBC from Business Insider, where she served as International Executive Editor & UK Bureau Chief. Her career also includes roles at Thomson Reuters and Financial Times Money Management.

Beyond her editorial leadership, Srivastava has played an active role in shaping discussions on global business trends, including engagements at high-profile events such as the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Bagchee emphasized that Srivastava  strong leadership, strategic vision, and deep understanding of digital audiences will be instrumental in strengthening CNBC global digital presence.
