Rubber King Tyre Group Appoints Amit Verma as Group Head – HR & Admin

Rubber King Tyre Group has appointed Amit Verma as Group Head – HR & Admin, strengthening its people leadership as the company continues to support business growth through organisational excellence.

In his new role, Verma will lead the company’s people strategy, while overseeing and strengthening HR and administrative functions across the organisation.

Over 24 Years of HR Experience

Verma brings more than 24 years of experience across the engineering, chemicals and manufacturing sectors. His career spans strategic human resources, organisational transformation and industrial relations.

Prior to joining Rubber King Tyre Group, Verma served as Group Head – Human Resources at JAY Chemical Industries Private Limited.

Earlier, he was associated with ISGEC Hitachi Zosen Limited, where he served as Senior Human Resources Manager for nearly a decade. During his tenure, he developed extensive expertise in HR leadership and people management within the industrial and manufacturing environment.
