Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Names Priyanka Tewari as Head of Marketing

Priyanka Tewari has joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Head of Marketing, marking the latest step in her career across the pharmaceutical industry. Tewari announced the move through a post on LinkedIn.

“Excited to announce my new role as Marketing Head at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Looking forward to new challenges, opportunities, and making a meaningful impact,” she wrote.

Experience at Alkem Laboratories

Tewari joins Glenmark after more than three years at Alkem Laboratories, where she most recently served as Senior Marketing Manager.

She joined Alkem as Assistant Marketing Manager in December 2022 and progressed to Marketing Manager in April 2024. She was subsequently promoted to Senior Marketing Manager in April 2026.

Career Across Pharma Companies

Before joining Alkem, Tewari worked as Group Product Manager at Zydus Group and Hetero Healthcare.

Her earlier career includes product and brand management roles at Ipca Laboratories, Panacea Biotec, Unichem Laboratories and Plethico Pharmaceuticals.

Across these roles, Tewari has built experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management and brand management.

In her new role at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Tewari will take on responsibility for the company’s marketing function, bringing her experience across multiple pharmaceutical businesses and brand portfolios to the organisation.
