Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd. appoints Sameer Bahri as Chief Revenue Officer

Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd., a legacy name in the real estate sector, today announced the appointment of Mr. Sameer Bahri as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Mr. Bahri will bring the company’s sales, marketing, and CRM functions together under a single leadership umbrella. He will drive alignment across the company’s revenue functions, establishing a single point of ownership for the company’s go-to-market engine. He will lead multiple revenue growth initiatives aimed at accelerating topline performance while ensuring the business is built for long-term scalability.

Mr. Bahri brings over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, with a track record spanning complete project lifecycles, strategic sales and marketing, business development, and large-scale team leadership. He is known for his expertise in maximising asset profitability, optimising revenue, and ensuring regulatory compliances across large-scale developments.

In recent years, Mr. Bahri has been based in Goa, where he has worked closely with the real estate sector, advising on project execution, pricing strategy and market entry for premium developments. Prior to this, he spent over 31 years with Unitech Ltd., gaining extensive experience across residential and commercial developments and leading major projects across Kolkata, Gurugram, Howrah and Bhubaneswar. His experience includes landmark developments such as Uniworld City and large-scale IT park and township projects. Mr. Bahri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
