ProHance Names Gaurav Bembey VP and Global Head of Account Management

ProHance, the AI-led Productivity Control Room for enterprises, has appointed Gaurav Bembey as Vice President and Global Head of Account Management. In the role, Bembey will help enterprises drive outcomes as they navigate the evolving challenge of managing employees, contingent workers and AI agents.

Leading ProHance’s Account Management Function

Bembey will lead ProHance’s Account Management function in its entirety. Working closely with the sales organisation, he will develop account-specific growth strategies for key customers, strengthen client relationships and scale the function’s contribution to overall revenue as ProHance expands globally.

22 Years of Experience Across Technology and Business

Bembey brings 22 years of experience spanning SaaS, e-commerce, BFSI and global operations. His career includes senior leadership roles at technology and product companies such as Birdeye, Adobe and Tata Consultancy Services.

His experience includes developing scalable playbooks designed to move customer engagements from a reactive model towards a proactive approach. According to ProHance, these approaches have driven improvements of 20-35% in gross retention.

Moving from Productivity Measurement to Business Outcomes

ProHance is continuing to develop its Productivity Control Room offering, with a focus that extends beyond measuring workforce productivity to helping enterprises understand how to act on productivity insights and translate them into business outcomes.

The changing workforce landscape, including the growing use of AI agents, is also prompting enterprises to rethink how work is managed across employees, contingent workers and AI agents.

Against this backdrop, ProHance said its Account Management function will work closely with customer champions to understand business priorities and help organisations use actionable productivity and operational insights to achieve their goals.

Bembey’s experience across SaaS and technology companies, combined with his work around customer engagement, retention and expansion, will support ProHance’s efforts to deepen customer relationships and drive ROI.

His appointment comes as the company continues expanding its global customer base and enterprise presence.
