Former Aditya Birla Capital Group CMO Darshana Shah has embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with the launch of Strategic Consulting & Coaching, an independent advisory practice focused on brand, growth and customer transformation.

The consultancy will work with founders, leadership teams and organisations, drawing on Shah’s nearly three decades of experience in marketing, brand building and business transformation.

Through the new venture, Shah will advise businesses across areas including brand positioning, digital transformation, customer experience, customer insights, go-to-market strategy and leadership coaching.
