BPTP Appoints Sanjay Sharma as Chief Operating Officer

BPTP Limited, one of the National Capital Region’s established real estate developer, has appointed Sanjay Sharma as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, he will lead the company’s Project Development function, overseeing delivery of BPTP’s residential, commercial and township projects end to end, with responsibility spanning contracts and procurement, planning, safety and quality, and cost and schedule discipline at every stage.

Sanjay Sharma brings over three decades of experience in real estate development, with his career built almost entirely on the execution side of large projects. His work has spanned residential, commercial and township developments, with a consistent focus on taking complex projects from concept to completion without losing sight of quality or timelines. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.

Prior to joining BPTP, he held senior leadership roles at DLF, Runwal Realty, Puravankara, Emaar India and Eldeco Group, where his work centered on project execution, delivery planning and operational oversight for large developments.
