Pepperfry Elevates Jyoti Arora to Associate Director – CX

Jyoti Arora has joined Pepperfry as Associate Director – Customer Experience, marking her second stint with the furniture and home marketplace.

Arora announced the move on LinkedIn, writing, “A New and Exciting chapter unfolds as I start my second stint with Pepperfry as Associate Director, CX!!”

Returns to Pepperfry

Arora joins Pepperfry from Borosil, where she served as Head – Customer Experience and D2C Operations. She spent nearly six years with the company, leading customer experience and operations across contact centre operations, D2C and ecommerce, and CRM.

Her return to Pepperfry marks a continuation of her experience in customer experience, payments, digital operations and ecommerce.

Arora had previously spent nearly four years at Pepperfry as Manager – Payment Operations and Customer Escalations, from June 2012 to January 2016.

Diverse Experience Across CX and Operations

Before joining Borosil, Arora founded Savourex Foods and was also associated with Craftsvilla, where she worked across customer experience and digital payments.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than seven years with HSBC Global Payments, working across compliance, controls and risk.

In her new role at Pepperfry, Arora will bring together her experience across customer experience, D2C operations, ecommerce, CRM and payments as she returns to the organisation for her second stint.
