Zee Names Dimple Asher as Associate Director for Marketing & Communications

Dimple Asher has joined Zee Entertainment Enterprises as Associate Director – Marketing & Communications for Zee Network (Linear TV & Digital). She will report to Raj Kiran Shrivastav, EVP – Sales Planning & Strategy, Zee Network.

Leading Marketing Across TV and Digital

In her new role, Asher will work across Zee Network’s linear television and ZEE5 digital businesses. Her responsibilities will span trade marketing, strategic partner engagement, sales-led brand initiatives and integrated market activations. The role will bring together marketing and communications efforts across Zee’s television and digital ecosystem.

Experience at JioStar and IndiaCast

Asher joins Zee after nearly two years at JioStar, where she served as Lead – JioStar Linear TV Channels Ecosystem – Distribution Marketing. Before JioStar, she was National Lead – B2B Affiliate Marketing – Broadcast Channels Distribution at IndiaCast Media Distribution.

Career Across Media and Marketing

Asher has held several marketing and communications roles across the media and entertainment industry. Her previous positions include Network Marketing Lead at Q TV and Brand Marketing Specialist at Shemaroo Entertainment. She has also worked as Project Manager – Marketing Communication at Jio and Senior Executive – Creative Service at Reliance Industries.

Earlier in her career, Asher worked with PODS Solutions and Pidilite Industries.

Expanding Zee’s Marketing and Communications Function

Asher’s appointment adds experience across distribution marketing, affiliate marketing, brand communication and media-led initiatives to Zee Network’s marketing function. In her new position, she will work across the network’s linear and digital businesses, supporting partner engagement, trade marketing and integrated activations across the Zee ecosystem.
