Reliance Brands Appoints Shivani Goel as VP – Marketing

Shivani Goel has joined Reliance Brands Limited as Vice President – Marketing, where she will lead marketing for a portfolio of global luxury and premium brands in India.

Goel to Lead Marketing for Global Brands

In her new role, Goel will oversee the India marketing mandate for HUGO BOSS, Paul & Shark, ZEGNA and TUMI, working across brand strategy, consumer engagement and commercial growth.

Her mandate will focus on strengthening the positioning of these international brands in the Indian market while building deeper connections with local consumers.

More Than Two Decades of Marketing Experience

Goel joins Reliance Brands following a stint as an independent consultant, where she worked on strategy, positioning and brand growth.

Prior to that, she served as Vice President – Marketing at Forever New Clothing, a position she held from April 2022 to November 2025.

She has also held senior marketing and communications roles at Colorbar USA, Koovs.com, Major Brands India and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

Goel began her marketing career with Kansai Nerolac Paints in 2003. Over more than two decades, she has built experience across a diverse range of categories, including beauty, fashion, retail, e-commerce, paints and financial services.

Focus on Local Relevance and Consumer Connections

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Goel said she would focus on shaping the brands’ next phase in India, creating cultural relevance and building deeper consumer connections while bringing their global visions to the local market.

Her appointment adds to Reliance Brands’ marketing leadership as the company continues to manage and grow a portfolio of international luxury and premium brands in India.
