SocioClout Elevates Niyati Desai to AVP – Growth

Niyati Desai has joined integrated marketing agency SocioClout as Associate Vice President – Growth, where she will lead the agency’s Mumbai business.

Desai to Drive Mumbai Business Growth

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Desai said, “I’m excited to share that I’m joining SocioClout – An Integrated Marketing Agency as AVP – Growth, taking on the mandate to build and scale the Mumbai business.”

In her new role, Desai will focus on building and scaling SocioClout’s presence in Mumbai, bringing her experience across influencer marketing, content, strategic partnerships, production and brand campaigns to the agency’s growth mandate.

Extensive Experience Across Marketing and Media

Desai joins SocioClout from dentsu, where she served as Associate Vice President – Influencer Marketing and led the influencer marketing practice nationally. She joined dentsu in July 2025.

Before dentsu, Desai was Group Account Director at Hogarth and spent nearly seven years at Wavemaker, where she held roles including Director – Content and Group Head.

Her earlier experience includes stints at Maxus Global, O4 Digital Media, Sony Music Entertainment and Optimystix Entertainment.

Focus on Growth and Brand Partnerships

Across her career, Desai has worked across influencer marketing, content, strategic partnerships, production and integrated brand campaigns.

During her tenure at Wavemaker, she worked on brands including Vodafone, L’Oréal, Shopper Stop, Zydus, Sun Pharma and Starbucks.

With her appointment, SocioClout aims to strengthen its growth capabilities in Mumbai while leveraging Desai’s experience across content, influencer-led marketing and strategic brand partnerships.
