ANHAD Developers appoints Mr. Akash Lakhina as Head of Sales, Marketing and CRM

ANHAD Developers has appointed Mr. Akash Lakhina as Head Sales, Marketing and CRM for the company. The hire adds to a leadership bench that the company has been building out as it prepares to enter Gurugram’s premium residential market, soon after Mr. Adil Altaf took over as CEO of the Group’s real estate vertical.

Akash has spent his career across multiple industries and the last decade in luxury real estate, where his focus has stayed on premium residential projects built for customers who expect a certain standard. At ANHAD Developers, he’ll be responsible for how the company’s upscale projects come to market, backed by the kind of hands-on read of the luxury segment that only comes from years spent in it.

There’s a diverse thread running through his background, too. Akash’s career of almost 3 decades started in hospitality where he studied at the Pacific International Hotel Management School in New Zealand, and that grounding still shows in how he thinks about working with clients. Colleagues describe him as someone who builds strong teams and stays focused on results over the long haul rather than chasing short-term numbers.

Akash steps into the role at a busy time for the company. ANHAD Developers is currently working on three projects out of its office in Worldmark, Gurugram: a luxury residential development, a plotted township, and a high-street commercial project, all part of the company’s opening slate in the region.
