Global creative and luxury communications group Mazarine has acquired Bacchus, the London-headquartered luxury public relations and digital agency, in a move aimed at creating a more integrated communications and engagement offering for premium and luxury brands worldwide. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1998 by Anouschka Menzies and Charlotte Lurot, Bacchus has built a strong reputation in luxury, hospitality, culture, and high-end real estate communications. The agency operates through seven international offices across London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha, supported by a team of more than 100 professionals.
