Strategic communications firm Burson has appointed Ross Hall to the newly created role of EMEA Chief Client Officer, giving him direct oversight of client leadership, retention and organic growth across the region. Hall, who has served as Burson’s EMEA Head of Clients since July 2025, will take responsibility for the strategic management of the agency’s top-tier client relationships. Working closely with practice and regional market leaders, he will focus on strengthening service delivery, establishing consistent client leadership practices and driving long-term account growth.
